1
Redesigning skills for greater flexibility
Owned the redesign of Skills 2.0
across product architecture and experience—reworking its rigid team-based model, redesigning core workflows, and introducing net-new capabilities including proficiency scales and benchmarks.
The result was a more configurable foundation for complex, enterprise-wide competency programs.

2
Building a scalable assessment ecosystem
Rethought the end-to-end design
of a net-new assessment ecosystem spanning creation, completion, management, notifications, and analytics across enablers, managers, and sellers.
The system gave organizations
a flexible way to operationalize proficiency measurement at scale.
100+ assessments created
after launch by many customers
3
Making skill performance
actionable
Drove the evolution of Skills analytics across three major iterations, restructuring the information architecture and visualizations to
help enablers, managers, and sellers understand performance and identify capability gaps.
The final experience made complex
skill data easier to navigate and act on, earning strong qualitative feedback
from customers.

4
Bringing structure
to seller coaching
Led research and design for Coaching Rooms, creating a shared workspace for managers and sellers to structure goals, feedback, and development activities around ongoing coaching.
300-400 coaching rooms created

Engagement Experiences
Product Designer
Designed across Seismic’s mature seller-to-buyer
ecosystem, spanning Digital Sales Rooms—one of Seismic’s most
widely used experiences—and Email. My work focused on personalization, collaboration, access, permissions, and compliance.
129 customer-identified pain points resolved
1
Expanding what sellers could build with DSR
I redesigned core DSR builder capabilities, including Document List and Video widgets, giving sellers greater flexibility over how buyer-facing rooms were structured, presented, and customized.
The work contributed to a broader DSR modernization effort, with enterprise customers specifically praising the new layouts and experience improvements.

2
Rethinking people and access across DSRs
I redesigned DSR people management across internal collaborators and external buyers, connecting access controls, buyer verification, participant visibility, and the buyer-facing Team experience into a more cohesive system.
The work addressed one of customers’ biggest DSR pain points, with sellers describing gated buyer identification
as a “huge game changer.”
3
Making delegated selling secure and transparent
I designed Delegated Delivery across admin configuration, seller self-management, sending, and activity tracking—enabling authorized teammates to communicate as the primary seller while preserving the
seller-buyer relationship.
The new model replaced legacy
Send on Behalf workflows and reduced reliance on impersonation, creating
a more controlled and transparent approach to team selling.

4
Scaling email identity across enterprise teams
I designed Multiple Email Signatures for LiveSend, giving sellers flexibility to manage different identities across roles, regions, business units, and buyer scenarios.
The experience balanced seller personalization with enterprise brand and compliance controls, helping teams stay consistent without sacrificing flexibility.
